Our practice is limited to individuals from 2 months to 70 years of age. Office hours are available by appointment only.

Our patients are very important to us.
Although Dr. Manso’s wish is to care for his patients as a family physician, in reality, he is a consulting specialist in alternative / holistic medicine. Constant pursuit of knowledge and willingness to share that knowledge make frequent out of town travel a necessity. Dr. Manso is generally unavailable except by appointment. We, therefore, request that our patients keep their former physician as a back-up.

Fees
Office visits which are scheduled for 30 to 45 minutes, and the fee is $180.00 to $270.00. You may, however, when requesting an appointment, ask for more time with the doctor if you wish. Please remember that we charge for the actual number of minutes that the doctor spends with you. So, if your visit lasts less… you will be charged less.  Should your visit last longer… you will be charged more. Lab tests, of course, are additional.

Our fees are payable at the time of the visit. We accept checks, cash, and major credit cards.

Additional services
We charge for our time as other professionals do. For services such a phone consultations, prescription refills, medical reports and letters, there will be a of $35.00 or $6.00 per minute, whichever is more. We bill for the amount of time it takes to provide the service.

Insurance
As licenced MD’s our fees and laboratory tests are normally covered by most insurances. We will provide you with an itemized, coded receipt for you to send with your claim.

We do not accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We have chosen not to be involved with any HMO, PPO, or managed care contracts. We have also chosen not to carry malpractice insurance, and require that our patients agree to arbitration in the event of a dispute.

Scheduling
Please arrive promptly (or early) for your appointment. We are very respectful of our clients time, and go to considerable lengths to insure that our patients are seen within 10 minutes of their appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour advance notification for an appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of $100.
